How to book your adventure

To be sure of a region on your chosen Adventure, you should make your booking as soon as possible. Booking early helps you to secure the lowest air fares and enables us to obtain any special permits that may be required during your Adventure with us. 

Before Booking

Once you have decided which adventure(s) you are interested in, we strongly recommend that you read our Booking Conditions.  It is important that you choose a trip that is well suited to your experience and capabilities, please see our grades explained pages for further details. All SAT office staff have first-hand experience of a range of SAT adventures and will be happy to talk to you about your chosen trip, enabling you to assess its suitability. 

To make a booking with Spirit Asia Travel (SAT) is easy; you just need to follow the steps below:

Surf through the OUR DESTINATIONS page online and click on the Adventure you are interested in to see the detailed Adventure pages. Look at the table of “ Dates and prices” and click on the "book now" button which relates to the departure date or trip style your desired; If you are unsure about online booking or have encountered a problem, you can reserve your holiday over the telephone by calling (+855) 12 315 315. Please note that you will still need to complete a booking form. The specific booking forms can be downloaded or will be sent to you on request by email.

Fill in the booking form with your personal information and indicate for how many people you wish to book the trip and how you would like to pay (bank transfer or credit card). Please, be sure you agree with our booking conditions. Print off the completed form for your own records, then click ‘submit’ to submit your booking form to us. We will answer you within 5 working days to let you know if we still have enough places available in the trip you chose and to organise payment of the trip. If you book for several people, please fill in one completed booking form for each person.

If we accept your booking we will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 42 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

It is importance that all sections of the booking form are carefully completed, ensuring that information given is clear and accurate and that your personal details are exactly as they appear on your passport.  Please ensure that you have read the Booking Conditions prior to completing and submitting your booking form to us.

Note: We cannot confirm any booking until we receive your fully completed booking form. Any unreasonable delay in submitting your booking form may jeopardise your place on your chosen our adventure.
