I was fortunate enough to have Vireak as a guide in 2006, whilst he was working with another tour company. The whole journey from Bangkok through Kampuchea (Cambodia!) to Vietnam was one of the best memories from 18 months backpacking and his entheusiasm and knowledge were highly impressive. His unending high-spirits and sense of adventure led to our group having a fantastic time.

Angkor Wat at sunrise; football with the locals; open-back truck rides; eating frogs, spiders and pig entrails (dont worry, reader- theres plenty of 'regular' asian food); lazing on the beach at Sihanoukville- there were so many good moments.
Spirit Asia Tours deserve every support as they have genuine commitment to their country and environment, and their vision of sustainable tourism in a land that all too easily could be degraded by insensitive developments should be wholly applauded.
Go and meet the real people and see the real places with Spirit Asia. I am sure you will have plenty of fun; learn loads about these wonderful countries and come away with a heart fully warmed by the spirit of the people there.

Mr V is so much fun. I learned so much about the country and giving back to its people is the way I like to travel

I came to cambodia expceting it to be like other Asian Holidays. It is so much more. V brings it alive. I would have never got to go where I went or see what I saw any other way.

I didn't think much about it before the trip, but this country has made appreciate everything I have. I want to bring my family back. V you are awesome.
